Shipping Questions:

Where do you ship?
We ship our products to most destinations. Restrictions may apply to shipping conditions to certain locations.

Can you ship international?
We do ship internationally. All shipments to international locations are subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. All of these charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient and are levied once the package reaches the destination. You will be considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations as required by local law. If you are sending this as a gift, please remember that the recipient will be responsible for the above charges. We will not ship a partial order internationally, we will wait for all merchandise to be in stock prior to shipping.

When will my order ship?
All orders are normally shipped out within 24-48 hours of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). We offer Same Day Shipping on all next day or 2nd day orders if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST. Please note that same day shipping guarantee is subject to credit approval. Approximate ship date on backorders will be 2-4 weeks based on manufacturer availability. Once you order ships, you will receive an email notification confirming it has shipped along with the details of the order and the tracking information.

When will my order arrive?
Order deliveries are contingent upon product availability and the shipping option you selected. If a product is currently out of stock, the product will be placed on backorder and your order is recorded. Once inventory is replenished on that item(s) the order will be shipped. Shipping times are calculated from the time your order leaves our warehouse and the shipping option chosen.
Please note: Partial orders will not ship until the order is complete.

Can I ship to any address?
You can ship to any physical street address. UPS will not ship to a personal mailbox or a post office box. Military bases and rural route numbers may require additional transit time.

Can I ship to more than one location?
We can ship to more than one location but separate orders must be placed for each shipping address.

Shipping Options
UPS is the delivery service provider for all shipments. You have the option to select the type of shipping method that best suits your needs. When you will receive your order depends on where you live and the shipping method you selected.

Outside USA UPS Express 2 - 4 business days – (may not ship same day)

Please keep in mind that UPS is closed on weekends and national holidays. Business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based upon UPS rates. The cost will depend on the weight and ship-to-zone.

 

Sales Tax
No Sales Tax will be collected, except for shipments to NY and MO addresses. If your order is being sent to NY, a sales tax of 8.125% will be added to your order. If your order is being sent to MO, a sales tax of 6.475% will be added to your order. Your order will be shipped out of Zagwear’s NY warehouse. We will gladly credit sales tax for resellers or government institutions, just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address to 845-398-0303. Please include a copy of your receipt or order number.
