Returns Questions:

Please examine your order upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt based upon the date the order was signed for.

What Can Be Returned?
Any merchandise that is in "as-new" condition, a wrong size, damaged or defective goods or if your received the wrong product can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange merchandise?
You can exchange merchandise as long as the returned merchandise is still in "as-new" condition. We recommend placing a new order for the items you want and upon receipt of your exchange, we will credit you for the product returned less the freight charges.

Are shipping charges reimbursed?
We will reimburse you for shipping if the merchandise being returned is due to an error fulfilling your order on our part. For example, we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.

How should I return the merchandise?
Repackage the item in its original packing and include a copy of the “Return Merchandise Authorization” form. You can ship the package any way you prefer. However we suggest that you ship returns by a service that offers a tracking method, as well as, shipping insurance. Merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit is your responsibility. Please do not send the return “C.O.D” or “Freight Collect” or it will be refused.

When will you be crediting my credit card?
Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the merchandise and advise you if there are any discrepancies. If there or no discrepancies with your return, we will send you an email stating the amount that will be credited to your credit card.

How do I make a Return?
Follow these easy steps:

1. Please click on the "Return Request" button below.
2. Fill in the form and click the "Submit" button.
3. You will receive a “Return Merchandise Authorization” form (RMA) via email within 24-48 hours.
4. Repackage the item in its original packing and include a copy of the “Return Merchandise Authorization” form.
5. Ship the merchandise back to:
