Order Tracking Questions:
For your privacy, you must be logged in to your account to activate this feature.
You can track the status of current orders as well as your order history online by clicking the “Order Tracking” button. This will give you a complete overview of all the orders you have placed with ShopMoen. You will see the order number, the date, the total amount, a details button, the status and the tracking information.
How do I view an order?
Simply click the “Details” button that corresponds with the order number you are looking for and the invoice page will come up.
How do I find out the “Status” of my order?
The status codes are located on the "Order Tracking" page. Below is an explanation of each code:
P - Pending: This item has been packed and is waiting to ship.
F - Filled: This item has shipped.
B - Backordered: This item is on back order.
C - Canceled: This order has been cancelled.
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS. Just click on the tracking number that corresponds with the order number you are looking for and you will be directed right to the UPS tracking website. Your tracking number remains in the UPS system for 180 days after the delivery has been made.
What do I do if I did not receive my order?
Please email
customerservice@shopmoen.com with your order number that is in question and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
